Peter Mattia is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business focused on Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Diversified Industrials. Mr. Mattia has advised Arcturus UAV on its sale to Aerovironment; Sparton on its sale to Elbit; Adient on the monetization of its Yanfeng Adient Seating JV interest; Drew Marine on its sale to the Jordan Company; FXI on its sale to One Rock; Bosch on its acquisition of SPX Service Solutions; Westport Innovations on its acquisition of Fuel Systems; Cambric on its sale to Tata; Elster on its sale to Melrose; Honeywell on its acquisition of King’s Safetywear; Transcendia on its sale to Goldman Sachs; BASF on its acquisition of Verenium; and PerkinElmer on its acquisition of Caliper Life Sciences. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Mattia was at Rothschild, where he focused on M&A and strategic advisory assignments for a broad range of Industrials clients. He began his career at FBR Capital Markets, where he worked on M&A and capital raising for middle-market clients. Mr. Mattia holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
