Paul-Emmanuel Prunet is a managing director in Evercore’s corporate advisory business. Mr. Prunet is focused on M&A across the industrials sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Prunet was at Rothschild & Co, where most recently he was a director advising on M&A in the industrials group. During his tenure at Rothschild, Mr. Prunet spent five years in Paris and seven in New York. He has advised on a number of transactions and advisory assignments for a range of clients, including BAE Systems, Ball Corporation, Cerberus, The Carlyle Group, Esterline, Hanon Systems, Meggitt, Mercury Systems, Nexteer Automotive, PerkinElmer, Schlumberger, and Visteon Corporation. Mr. Prunet earned his MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
