Bio

Paul Aaron is a senior managing director and a senior banker in Evercore’s advisory business. Mr. Aaron has been a trusted advisor to a broad range of companies for nearly three decades. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Aaron was a partner in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. He has advised on many notable M&A and capital markets transactions for large corporate clients across the industrial, automotive, aerospace & defense, media and retail sectors. Before that, he was a managing director and GM in corporate business development at General Electric, and a managing director in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Aaron graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in finance and international business, and earned an MBA in finance with honors from the University of Chicago.
