Bio

Nicholas Bazos is a managing director with Evercore’s corporate advisory business focused on private equity and structured debt capital raising for corporate and financial sponsor clients. He has more than a decade of investment banking and capital markets experience assisting clients on a wide range of strategic and financial matters. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Bazos led the private capital group at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he was responsible for advising clients seeking capital solutions outside of the public markets, including Blackstone on several financings relating to its investment in Cheniere Energy Partners, and Sunbury Generation in relation to the project financing of Panda Hummel Station. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, serving in the global capital markets group in Hong Kong and New York, focused on origination and public market distribution of debt and equity securities. Mr. Bazos earned a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was twice named a Kent Scholar.
