Nate Littlefield Bio

Nate Littlefield is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, with a focus on the aerospace, defense & government services sector. Notable transactions at Evercore include advising Accenture on its acquisition of Cognosante; Aerojet Rocketdyne on its sale to L3Harris; IBM on its acquisition of Octo; RADA on its merger with Leonardo DRS; Vertex on its merger with Vectrus; Raytheon Technologies on the sale of its Defense Training and Mission Critical Solutions business to Vertex Aerospace; and CSRA on its sale to General Dynamics. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Littlefield was at Barclays, where he advised on a broad range of M&A and financing transactions. He began his career as a journalist covering business and economics for The Atlantic. Mr. Littlefield holds a B.A. in history from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
