Muhammad Siddiqui Bio

Muhammad Siddiqui is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice focused on clients in the financial services sector. Mr. Siddiqui’s selected transaction experience includes advising Evertec on its acquisition of Sinqia; Advent International on its acquisition of Transaction Services Group; Motive Capital on its combination with Forge Global; Advisor Group on its acquisition of Ladenburg Thalman; ION Investment Group on its acquisitions of Dealogic and Openlink; Permira on its acquisition of Duff & Phelps; Futu on its IPO; and TradeWeb on its IPO. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Siddiqui was a director in the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he was a director in UBS Investment Bank’s financial institutions group. Mr. Siddiqui holds a B.A. in business economics from the College of Wooster and an MBA from Cornell University.
