Morgan Green is a managing director and chief operating officer of the firm’s industrials advisory group. Prior to joining Evercore, Mrs. Green was at Royal Bank of Canada for eight years, where she served as global COO of mergers & acquisitions and global private capital group. She was previously at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Nomura in COO and investment banking roles. Mrs. Green earned a B.A in psychology from Indiana University and an MBA from Fordham University.
