Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Queis was a Director at Citigroup’s Technology Investment Banking division based in London. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch’s EMEA Technology and M&A Teams and Credit Suisse in London. Mr. Queis has advised a number of technology clients on M&A transactions, including General Atlantic on its investment in Visma; Accelya on its sale to Vista Equity Partners; Inexio on its sale to EQT; Astorg on its acquisition of Anaqua; Bain Capital on its acquisition of NGA UK; Accelya on its sale to Warburg Pincus; Capgemini on its acquisition of iGate; Serco on the sale of its BPO division to Blackstone, EQT on its acquisition of Vertu; NXP on the sale of its wireless division to STMicroelectronics; NXP on the sale of its C&IPT division to DSPG and EskoArtwork on its sale to Danaher. He also advised on a number of capital market transactions for technology clients such as Alcatel-Lucent, Infineon, Nokia and NXP. Mr. Queis holds a Master’s in Finance from Imperial College London and a Master’s in International Business from Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
