Mark Williamson is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and is responsible for leadership and coverage of the infrastructure sector. Mr. Williamson has approximately 22 years of investment banking experience. Immediately prior to joining Evercore in 2009, Mr. Williamson was a Director in the investment banking department at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for initiating and leading the Americas Infrastructure advisory practice. Focusing on infrastructure for more than 12 years, his international experience includes P3, M&A, financing and restructuring of assets and businesses as well as spans many sectors such as roadway, port, rail, airport, parking, waste, water, telecommunications, social and infrastructure services. His responsibilities include the coverage of global owners, investors, and operators of infrastructure. Mark began his career as an Analyst at Cazenove & Co, and departed Goldman Sachs as a Vice President. Mr. Williamson graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Columbia Business School with an M.B.A.
