Marc Fresmann is a Managing Director in Evercore’s corporate advisory and European debt advisory business, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Prior to joining Evercore in 2015, Mr. Fresmann was a Director at Rothschild in their debt advisory and restructuring business in Frankfurt where he had worked since 2008. Mr. Fresmann started his career in the leverage finance and high yield team at Barclays Capital in London. Mr. Fresmann has advised corporates, private equity and infrastructure funds across a diverse variety of industries on a broad range of corporate finance and capital markets transactions. He advised several inaugural issuers in the eurobond, high yield and institutional loan markets. Amongst others, Mr. Fresmann advised 50Hertz, HeidelbergerDruck, K+S, Opengrid Europe, Monier, Techem, ThyssenKrupp, Advent, Apollo, Charterhouse, EQT, First State Investments and PAI on raising or amending financings, as well as their general financing and rating strategy. Mr. Fresmann has a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Lancaster University and an M.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University.
