Lea Lazaric Calvert is a senior managing director and heads Evercore’s European Private Capital Advisory team. Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Lazaric Calvert worked in investment banking and capital markets, including several years within the private funds group at UBS. She has led some of the largest recent GP-led secondary transactions in Europe, pioneering many of the new structures across fund recaps, single asset deals, capital raises and other types of strategic liquidity solutions. Ms. Lazaric Calvert also has extensive relationships with institutional investors across Europe and works closely with LPs on strategic sales. Ms. Lazaric Calvert leads the Gender Diversity Initiative for Evercore in Europe. She also serves as a co-head of the firm’s Women’s Network. She received a B.S. from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD. She is fluent in English, German and Croatian, and has a good knowledge of French.
