Lance Dardis is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice. He has spent over 20 years advising companies in the energy sector, with a specific focus on clients involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas. His list of notable clients includes ConocoPhillips, Kinder Morgan, BHP Billiton, XTO Energy, Marathon Oil, EnCana, Clayton Williams Energy, Chesapeake Energy, Linn Energy and Cabot Oil & Gas, along with an extensive and diverse group of private companies ranging from sponsor-backed portfolio companies to multigenerational family businesses. Mr. Dardis’ extensive experience in investment banking includes well over a decade of service with Evercore. Earlier in his career, he gained oil & gas industry experience at Ocean Energy. Mr. Dardis earned a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
