Kunal Chakrabarti Bio

Kunal Chakrabarti is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice in the Technology group. Notable transactions while with Evercore include advising Samsung on its acquisition of Harman; TA Associates on the sale of an equity stake in Conservice to Advent International; Conservice on the sale of a majority equity stake to TA Associates; Cobham on the sale of its avionics and wireless businesses to Viavi Solutions; and EnerSys on its acquisition of Alpha Technologies Group. Before joining Evercore, Mr. Chakrabarti was an associate in the technology, media & telecommunications group at UBS. Mr. Chakrabarti received a B.A. in economics from the University of Delhi and earned an MBA from Cornell University S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
