Kunal Chakrabarti is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business in the Technology group. While with Evercore, Mr. Chakrabarti has advised on several transactions, including Samsung on its acquisition of Harman, TA Associates on the sale of an equity stake in Conservice to Advent International, Conservice on sale of a majority equity stake to TA Associates, Cobham on the sale of its AvComm and Wireless businesses to Viavi, and EnerSys on its acquisition of Alpha Technologies. Before joining Evercore, Mr. Chakrabarti was an Associate in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group at UBS. Mr. Chakrabarti received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delhi and received an M.B.A. from Cornell University S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
