Joe Todd Bio

Joe Todd is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, with a particular expertise in companies undergoing a transformation of their business. He developed this expertise while advising more than 100 large multinational companies on their most complicated and important M&A and capital markets transactions over the course of his 25-plus-year career. Mr. Todd also helps lead the firm’s industrials and complex situations practices, which works with companies on a wide range of multidiscipline transactions, including spinoffs and cross-border M&A across all industries. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Todd was a partner in the M&A group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Todd earned a B.S. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
