Jeffrey Reisenberg Bio

Jeff Reisenberg is a senior managing director and the chief operating officer of Evercore’s global tech strategic advisory practice. Based in Menlo Park, Mr. Reisenberg has advised Evercore clients in transactions totaling over $250 billion in value. Select deals include advising Apollo Strategic Growth Capital on its combination with American Express Global Business Travel; A Place for Mom on its investment from Insight Partners; Farelogix on the sale to Accelya; Apollo on the investment in Expedia; Aerohive on the sale to Extreme Networks; TravelClick on the sale to Amadeus and previous sale to Thoma Bravo; Silver Spring Networks on the sale to Itron; Brocade on the sale to Broadcom and acquisition of Ruckus Wireless; Aruba Networks in the sale to HP; and Storage Technology in the sale to Sun Microsystems. Mr. Reisenberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, where he received a B.S. from the Wharton School, concentrating in finance, and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in international studies and French.
