Jeff Reisenberg is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business. While at Evercore, Mr. Reisenberg has advised clients in transactions totaling over $250 billion in value. Selected transactions include advising Apollo on their investment in Expedia, Farelogix in its sale to Accelya, TravelClick in its sale to Amadeus and previously in its sale to Thoma Bravo, Silver Spring Networks in its sale to Itron, Brocade in its sale to Broadcom and the acquisition of Ruckus Wireless, IHS in its sale of Trust to Sabre, Aruba Networks in its sale to HP, Travelport on its initial public offering, First Data in its sale to KKR, AT&T in its acquisition of BellSouth, in SBC’s acquisition of AT&T, and in Cingular’s acquisition of AT&T Wireless, Storage Technology Corp. in its sale to Sun Microsystems, and Accenture in its initial public offering. Mr. Reisenberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, where he received a BS from the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance, and a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in International Studies and French.
