Jasmine Hunet Lamourille is a Managing Director in Evercore’s European Private Capital Advisory team. Jasmine has over 12 years of secondary market advisory experience. Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, Jasmine was a member of the Secondary Advisory Team within the Private Funds Group at UBS. Jasmine has extensive experience advising both LPs on strategic sale transactions, as well as GPs on continuation/acquisition fund transactions, fund recapitalisations, restructurings, spin-offs and capital raises. Jasmine graduated with Dean’s Honors from ESCP Europe, with a “Grande Ecole” Master in Management and Finance. Jasmine is fluent in English and French, and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
