James Park is a Managing Director in the real estate team at Evercore. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Park was a Managing Director of RCS Capital, where he executed over $25 billion of transactions on behalf of its affiliated asset manager, AR Capital. Prior to RCS, Mr. Park spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank’s Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure group, where he served ultimately as a Managing Director in the New York office, as well as Managing Director and Joint Head of the Asian Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure group based in Singapore from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Park started his investment banking career as an associate in Merrill Lynch’s Global Communications group. Mr. Park has an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College, and a MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
