Ira Wolfson is a Senior Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business. Mr. Wolfson has been an advisor to companies and investment firms worldwide in the industrials sector for approximately 25 years. Mr. Wolfson was previously with Rothschild & Co. for 15 years, where he was an Executive Vice Chairman, Co-Head of Global Industrials and Co-Head of Global Aerospace and Defense. Mr. Wolfson has advised on a number of notable transactions and advisory assignments for a range of clients, including Adient, American Securities, Anaren, API, Arcturus UAV, Armor Holdings, BAE Systems, Baring Private Equity, Black Diamond Equipment Company, Boeing, BorgWarner, The Carlyle Group, Cerberus, Clearlake Capital, Dow Corning, Duff & Phelps, EADS, Esterline, Federal-Mogul Corporation, Greenbriar, Hanon, ITT Corporation, JF Lehman, The Jordan Company, KKR, Landmark Aviation, Lear Corporation, Meggitt, Melrose, Mercury Systems, MW Industries, Nexteer Automotive, Pattonair, Pegasus Capital, Rio Tinto, Sage, Six Senses, Teledyne, Textron, Tower International, United Phosphorus, US Government (GM and Chrysler reorganizations), United Airlines, Veritas, Visteon Corporation and WestPoint Stevens.
