Inga Prinz Bio

Inga Prinz is a managing director in Evercore’s London-based Technology advisory team. She has over 12 years of corporate finance experience. Notable M&A transactions include advising Hg and MeinAuto on the sale to Renault; Etraveli Group on its sale to Booking Holdings (blocked); Eurazeo on the sale of Planet and subsequent reinvestment with Advent; Apax and idealista on the sale of idealista to EQT; Warburg Pincus on the sale of Accelya to Vista; Sportradar on the sale of a significant stake to CPPIB; and TCV and CVC on the acquisition of Etraveli and subsequent add-ons of E-Travel, TripStack and Flight Network. Mrs. Prinz has also advised on equity and debt capital markets transactions for clients in the technology sector, including Network International on its IPO and investment from Mastercard. Prior to joining Evercore, Mrs. Prinz was an associate in Morgan Stanley’s technology team, also based in London. She graduated with honours from University of Southern California, Marshall (Undergraduate) Business School with a B.S. in business administration.
