Greg Suellentrop Bio

Greg Suellentrop is a managing director in Evercore’s energy advisory business based in Houston. Mr. Suellentrop has approximately eight years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies in the upstream oil & gas and broader energy sectors. He has advised on a range of transactions including divestitures, M&A, in- and out-of-court restructurings, private capital raises, special committee assignments, and public equity and debt underwritings. Recent clients and notable strategic deals include Arena Energy, BKV Energy, BlackBrush Oil & Gas, Canvas Energy, Crescent Energy, Diversified Energy, Enerplus, Ensign Natural Resources, Forge Energy, ILX, Jones Energy, Jonah Energy, LLOG, NOG, Panther Energy, Petrobras and Vanguard Natural Resources. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Suellentrop worked as an associate director for Navigant Consulting, where he was a member of the disputes and investigations practice, assisting clients with criminal and civil complaints and disputes with regulators. Mr. Suellentrop earned a B.A. in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
