George Ibrahim Bio

George Ibrahim is a managing director in equity capital markets advisory at Evercore. He focuses on the origination, execution and distribution of initial public offerings, secondary offerings and equity private placements underwritten by Evercore. Mr. Ibrahim has 20 years of industry experience and joined the firm from J.P. Morgan, where he was a senior member in the equity capital markets group, focused on originating and executing public equity. Most recently he served as a senior deal captain on J.P. Morgan’s equity syndicate desk, where he was lead manager for over 250 transactions that raised more than $100 billion in proceeds for clients across multiple sectors. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Ibrahim worked in the corporate finance, equity research and equity capital markets groups at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Jefferies. Mr. Ibrahim graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
