Francesca Paveri Bio

Francesca Paveri Fontana is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group. Ms. Paveri has over 15 years of secondary market advisory experience. Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, she was a member of the secondary advisory team within the private funds group at UBS. Ms. Paveri has long-standing experience with advising financial sponsors and general partners on strategic transactions, including continuation funds, single asset deals, fund recapitalisations, tender offers, restructuring, spinoffs, capital raises and other liquidity solutions. She also has extensive experience advising limited partners, including pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers and family offices, on secondary sales of fund portfolios. Ms. Paveri graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in finance from Bocconi University in Milan. She is fluent in English and Italian and has a good knowledge of French and Spanish.
