Faith Serrano-Pierre is a managing director in the firm’s Technology strategic advisory practice. Select transactions include advising ADT on its investment from State Farm, TMX on its investment in Vettafi, NCR on the separation of ATM and Digital Commerce, Apollo Strategic Growth Capital on its merger with American Express GBT, Cognyte on its spinoff from Verint Systems, Web.com on its merger with the Web Presence business of Endurance International, Apollo on its investment in Expedia and acquisition of Shutterfly and Snapfish, Rackspace on its IPO and acquisition of Onica, and Molex on its acquisition of Laird CVS. Mrs. Serrano-Pierre previously served as a vice president at Foros and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors (summa cum laude) from Wesleyan University, where she earned a B.A. in economics and a B.A. from the College of Social Studies as a Freeman Scholar. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
