Eli Sevin Bio

Eli Sevin is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice focused on the media and information sectors. Notable transaction experience includes advising Logitix on its sale to Victory Live/Clearlake; TAIT on its majority stake sale to Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ private-equity business; Houghton Mifflin Harcourt on its sale to Veritas Capital; Green Street on its sale to TA Associates; Vivid Seats on its SPAC merger with Horizon Acquisition; Real Capital Analytics on its sale to MSCI; AxiomSL on its sale to Thoma Bravo; National Amusements on its combination of CBS and Viacom; TAIT on its sale to Providence Equity; Comcast on its acquisition of Sky; and the Scripps family on the sale of SNI Networks to Discovery Communications. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Sevin worked in network distribution at Time Warner Cable. He earned a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
