Bio

Edward Briganti is a managing director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and focuses on industrial companies. Since joining Evercore, Mr. Briganti has advised on a number of transactions and assignments for a range of clients, including Armstrong World Industries, Clearlake Capital, Danaher, Ford Motor Company, General Electric, International Paper, and Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Briganti was a management consultant in the strategy group of Monitor Deloitte and began his career at the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Mr. Briganti earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. He graduated with an A.B. in economics and international relations from Bowdoin College and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics.
