Eddy Kim is a Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Advisory business, with a focus on the biopharma sector. Since joining Evercore in 2008, Mr. Kim has been involved in numerous strategic and financing transactions, including advising Nestlé on its sale of Nestlé Skin Health to EQT and ADIA; Takeda on its acquisition of Shire; and sanofi-aventis on its purchase of Genzyme. Mr. Kim leads the firm’s new hire internal training program for analyst and associates each summer. Mr. Kim graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.
