Deme Efthymiou Bio

Deme Efthymiou is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, specialising in financial services. Mr. Efthymiou has advised on a broad range of transactions in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset and wealth management. Select transactions include the sale of Arcmont Asset Management to Nuveen, the sale of Succession Wealth to Aviva, the sale of Adam & Company to Canaccord Genuity, the wealth management joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Schroders and the initial public offering of IntegraFin. Prior to Evercore, he worked at Hawkpoint Partners, and before that he qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst at PwC. Mr. Efthymiou has degrees in engineering from Imperial College London and Cornell University.
