David Noah is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory practice focused on advising industrial companies. He has been a trusted advisor to a broad range of diversified industrial clients and has a specialization in the area of flow control, compression and companies at the intersection of oil & gas and industrial equipment. He has a history of advisory engagements on structured, cross-border and “art-of-the-possible” transactions. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Noah was a Managing Director and Head of Diversified Industrials at Deutsche Bank. He has advised on many notable M&A and capital markets transactions for clients such as United Technologies, Tyco, Siemens, Hitachi, GE, Pentair, Gardner Denver, Colfax, Atkore, CIRCOR, Carlyle, KK&R, Clayton Dubilier & Rice, and Platinum Equity. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2007, Mr. Noah spent thirteen years at Morgan Stanley in the NY, Tokyo and Hong Kong offices. Mr. Noah received a BS in Economics from the School of Industrial & Labor Relations, Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
