Daniel Mendelow is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business. At Evercore, Mr. Mendelow has advised telecom, technology and media clients in transactions totaling over $250 billion in value, including tw telecom on its sale to Level(3), Fibertech on its sale to Lightower, AT&T on its acquisition of Leap, Clearwire on its sale to Sprint, MetroPCS on its sale to T-Mobile USA, CenturyLink on its acquisition of Qwest, Frontier on its acquisition of Verizon access lines, AT&T on its acquisition of BellSouth and SBC on its acquisition of AT&T, among others. In 2012, Mr. Mendelow was named one of Multi-Channel News’ 40 Under Forty Young Leaders. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Mendelow was Vice President of Corporate Development at FirstMark Communications Europe, a European CLEC with operations in France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland, that constructed a pan-European fiber optic backbone and wireless local loop and DSL access networks. Prior to joining FirstMark, Mr. Mendelow was an analyst at BT Wolfensohn (Deutsche Bank). Mr. Mendelow graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in economics.
