Damien Fisher is a Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business and focuses on shareholder activism and raid defense. Prior to joining Evercore, Damien was an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York with particular responsibility for the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging and Homebuilding sectors as well as Technology and Industrials. At J.P Morgan Damien served as a Policy Officer to the firm’s Fairness and Valuation Committee and was a member of the corporate defense and shareholder activism practice. Damien has extensive experience advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, special committee situations, activism/raid defense, minority buy-ins, LBOs and structured transactions. Damien holds an MBA and MA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Lauder Institute and also holds a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Zurich.
