Courtney McBean is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Advisory business focused on the Technology sector. Before joining Evercore, Ms. McBean was a Managing Director at Greenhill focused on Technology clients. Prior to that, Ms. McBean was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Global Technology Investment Banking group. Ms. McBean started her career as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ms. McBean has completed strategic and financing transactions for many leading technology clients including ASML, Cisco, Cypress Semiconductor, Equinix, F5 Networks, Google, Infineon, Infinera, Interxion, NeoPhotonics, Oclaro and Riverbed. Ms. McBean received a B.S. in Cellular & Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
