Chuck McMullan is a senior managing director in the firm’s Capital Markets advisory business. He provides strategic and execution advice on debt financing in partnership with the firm’s global advisory bankers. Mr. McMullan’s advisory experience encompasses a diversity of transactions across industry sectors, credit ratings and capital markets. Aggregate financing and M&A transaction experience exceeds $1 trillion, and includes the largest investment-grade bond offering of 2020 (Boeing), the largest high-yield bond offerings of 2020 (Ford) and 2018 (Teva Pharmaceutical Industries) and the largest completed M&A financing of 2019 (Bristol-Myers Squibb). Mr. McMullan has a B.A. from Duke University and is a member of the Duke Financial Education steering committee.
