Brandon Rasmusson Bio

Brandon Rasmusson is a managing director in the firm’s Technology advisory group in Menlo Park, focused on the internet & software sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rasmusson was a senior member on Citigroup’s global technology team based in San Francisco. Over his career he has executed over 75 transactions including M&A, private capital raises, initial public offerings and other public financing transactions. Select transactions include lead advisor on Grab’s $40B merger with Altimeter Growth; joint-bookrunner on Duolingo’s IPO; advising Nextdoor on its SPAC merger with Khosla Acquisition Co.; advising RugsUSA on its $1B sale to Francisco Partners; advising GTCR on its stake sale in Simpli.fi to Blackstone; sole bookrunner on fuboTV’s IPO; advising BacklotCars on its sale to KAR Auction Services; and the sale of Integral Ad Science to Vista Equity and eventual IPO. Mr. Rasmusson studied finance and economics at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.
