Bradley Wolff is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory practice. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising companies in the healthcare industry. Before joining Evercore, Mr. Wolff was most recently Co-Head of the Life Science Investment Banking Team at Citigroup. Prior to Citigroup, he was Head of West Coast Life Sciences at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Wolff has advised on many of the most prominent and complex transactions across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. These transactions cover the full spectrum of M&A advisory and financings, including equities and debt instruments. Mr. Wolff’s particular expertise is in devising customized solutions to the more challenging issues facing clients, whether in the capital markets or in a strategic advisory context, such as M&A, structured partnerships, separation transactions and royalty transactions. Mr. Wolff received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a B.S. from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
