Barry Rabinowitz is a Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business and serves as head of the firm’s Shareholder Analytics group. He has 15 years of experience in shareholder analysis and corporate valuation. Mr. Rabinowitz’s recent experience includes the sale of Anadarko to Occidental Petroleum, United Technologies’ announced business separation and subsequent announced merger with Raytheon, Nuance Communications’ announced spin-off of its automotive business, Arris International’s sale to CommScope, and Dell’s conversion of Class V shares into Dell Technologies Class C shares. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rabinowitz spent one year in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory practice advising clients and boards on valuation related to M&A transactions. Before that, he was at Goldman Sachs for 10 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he focused on analyzing investor reaction to strategic transactions and served on the firm’s fairness committee. Mr. Rabinowitz earned a B.B.A from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
