Anisa Javeri is a Managing Director and Founding Member of Evercore’s Private Funds Group. At Evercore, Ms. Javeri co-leads the U.S. Project Management and Advisory team which is responsible for the development, strategic positioning and execution of all capital raises for the Group’s U.S. based private equity clients across buyout, growth, infrastructure and credit. Notable recent transactions include I Squared Capital II ($7bn); Genstar IX ($5.5bn); Genstar VIII ($3.3bn); Genstar VII ($2.1bn); K4 Private Investors ($2.0bn) and Arlington Capital V ($1.65bn). Ms. Javeri was previously based in Evercore’s London office. Before joining Evercore, Ms. Javeri worked in the Alternatives Advisory & Placement Group at Neuberger Berman and, before that, with the same team at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Javeri received a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics and Economic History from Warwick University.
