Anil Rachwani, based in London, is a Senior Managing Director of Evercore’s Strategic Advisory business. He has over 20 years of corporate finance experience in the technology sector and leads the firm’s European technology advisory business. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rachwani was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he spent 13 years, and headed their technology investment banking business for the EMEA region from their London office. Mr. Rachwani started his career with UBS’ TMT corporate finance team in London. He also spent two years working at Star 21 Networks, a Frankfurt-based alternative telecoms platform, where he raised over €500 million in funding for the company.
