Andrew Yeh Bio

Andrew Yeh is a managing director in Evercore’s Liability Management & Restructuring Group. Mr. Yeh has advised companies across multiple industries on a wide range of corporate finance activities, including out-of-court restructurings, exchange offers, financings and Chapter 11 proceedings. His restructuring and debt advisory assignments include Digicel, California Resources, EP Energy, Windstream, Diebold, Caesars, Ultra Petroleum, GenOn, Gymboree, Delphi and Solutia. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Yeh was a vice president in Rothschild’s restructuring group. He also worked at Catalyst Capital, Crescent Capital and TCW. Mr. Yeh earned a B.S. in finance and accounting with honors from New York University’s Undergraduate Stern School of Business.
