Alexis Moshang is a managing director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and focuses on the real estate sector. Prior to Evercore, Ms. Moshang was a director in the real estate group at RBC Capital Markets. She has advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions across the real estate and hospitality sectors. Notable transactions include advisor to Ashford Hospitality Trust on its strategic financing from Oaktree Capital Management, advisor to Landmark Dividend on its sale to DigitalBridge, and buy-side advisor to Apollo Global Management on its acquisitions of Diamond Resorts International and ClubCorp. Ms. Moshang graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in economics.
