Alex Gyde is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on the industrial sector. Select transactions at Evercore include advising Arcosa on its acquisition of Stavola; CIRCOR on its Sale to KKR; Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its sale of CCC to Honeywell; Hillenbrand on its sale of Batesville to LongRange Capital; Roper Technologies on its majority sale of Indicor to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; Roper Technologies on its sale of TransCore to Singapore Technologies Engineering; Colfax on its separation into Enovis and ESAB; Arcturus UAV on its sale to AeroVironment; Fortive on its separation of Vontier; and L3Harris on the sale of its airport solutions business to Leidos. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Gyde was a vice president in the global industrials group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He also served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Gyde earned a B.S. in finance from Rutgers University.
