Alex Foster is a Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business. Mr. Foster focuses on advising companies in the information and media sectors. Mr. Foster has over a decade of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Foster was an Associate at Barclays Capital and, prior to that, an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Notable recent transaction experience includes advising Alliance Data on its sale of Epsilon to Publicis, Definitive Healthcare on its majority sale to Advent International and Clarivate on its acquisition of Decision Resources Group. Mr. Foster received a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University.
