Bio

Alan Finnie is a managing director in the firm’s Liability Management & Restructuring Group. Mr. Finnie has advised on a range of capital raising, liability management, restructuring and strategic advisory transactions for companies, sponsors and creditor groups. His transaction experience includes General Electric, Diamond Sports Group, Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Denbury Resources, Enviva, Jupiter Resources, Superior Energy Services, Limetree Bay Terminals, and ATI Physical Therapy. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Finnie was associate at Miller Buckfire, and previously served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army with combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Finnie earned a B.S. in mathematics from Washington State University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
