Adani Illo is a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets Advisory at Evercore. Based in New York, Adani focuses on the origination and execution of public and private equity transactions in the FinTech and FIG sectors. Mr. Illo has 15 years of industry experience and joined Evercore from Goldman Sachs where he focused on originating and executing public and private equity transactions across Latin America with an emphasis on Tech and FinTech. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Adani held a similar role within equity capital markets origination at Barclays where he focused on the Natural Resources and Chemicals sectors. Mr. Illo has worked on over 150 bookrun deals raising over $85bn during his career, including transactions for MercadoLibre, XP, StoneCo, Enel Americas, Arco Platform, PagSeguro, Conductor, Loggi Tecnologia, Tronox, Energy Transfer, Globant, LyondellBasell and Platform Specialty Products. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Middlebury College and an MBA from Yale University.
