Aaron Eisenberg Bio

Aaron Eisenberg is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice and specializes in financial institutions. Mr. Eisenberg has advised on a wide range of M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions. Select recent deals include advising Galway Insurance on its majority investment by Harvest Partners; Wellington Risk Holdings on its sale to Truist Financial; Root on its initial public offering; and Integro Group on the sale of its U.S. business to EPIC Holdings. Prior to focusing exclusively on financial institutions, his transaction experience includes advising Nestle on the sale of its skin-health business to EQT and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and Pacific Drilling on its Chapter 11 restructuring. Mr. Eisenberg earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
