Matthew Carlton Bio

Mr. Carlton joined EVE in 2012 and served as Chief Strategy Officer of EVE portfolio company Omni Logistics, LLC from 2020 to 2024. In this role, he led the company’s capital allocation strategy and managed all 11 tuck-in acquisitions, representing approximately $1 billion in transaction value. Throughout his career, he has executed a range of transactions, including majority buyouts, minority investments, and equity recapitalizations, totaling over $5.5 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park.
