Bruce Altman Bio

Bruce brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience to his role at Eureka. He has represented private, public and Fortune 500 companies, and Boards of Directors, on over 100 domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and fairness opinions. His work has spanned a number of industries including building products, fabricated components, specialty materials, industrial technology, consumer products and business services. Prior to joining Eureka, Bruce was a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he headed the firm’s Advisory Services & Financial Opinions group and co-headed the Industrial Markets group. Previously, Bruce was a Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors and at Andersen Corporate Finance, and was a Group Vice President and Co-head of the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BNP Paribas. He began his career at TIAA/CREF.
