Mike Banish Bio

Mike has over 15 years of experience advising companies contemplating transformations, including complex divestitures. He has led a multitude of complex global spin-offs and carve-out sales, assisting clients with complex financial matters, due diligence, operational separation and project management. He has also participated in several corporate transformations to help companies measure the three-statement impact (profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow) of value creation initiatives. Mike earned a BA and an MS in Accounting from Michigan State University.
