Justin Neubauer Bio

Justin is a managing director at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC in the US Debt Capital Markets practice. He has twenty years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, including: leveraged finance, special situations finance, distressed debt research/investing, restructuring advisory and M&A. On behalf of his clients, Justin has raised a broad spectrum of financial products including pro rata loans, asset-based loans, institutional term loans, high-yield bonds and private placements. Over his career Justin has worked with non-investment grade issuers and borrowers across a variety of industry sectors, with a recent emphasis on consumer products, shipping and transportation, technology, packaging, chemical and industrial companies. Justin received his BS in Economics from Clemson University.
