Geoff Ellis Bio

Geoff is a managing director in the US Debt Capital Markets practice. He has over 20 years of experience structuring, arranging, executing and documenting complex debt transactions for corporations and private equity firms across a wide variety of industries. Geoff has demonstrated knowledge in leading leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts and refinancings. He has lead deals for a variety of companies across many different industries, including automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, business services, health care, retail and transportation, and ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 100. Geoff has experience with a broad spectrum of financial products including pro rata loans, asset-based loans, institutional term loans, high-yield bonds, private placements and risk management tools. Geoff received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
