Evan helps clients make better business decisions. In addition, Evan has significant experience in M&A valuations, strategic planning, financial reporting and tax planning. He is also the Global Client Services Partner and Strategy and Transactions leader for several large global medical technology, consumer products and industrials companies. Evan has 20 years of experience assisting clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He received a BA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.
